Children's Cardiology Associates is pleased to announce our 9th year providing expedited walk in evaluations of adolescents prior to participating in interscholastic sports.

Beginning July 19th and extending through the month of August, we will offer this service to any teenage patient entering grade 7 (or above) who presents with a history and/or examination finding that suggests the need for further cardiac evaluation prior to release in sports participation.  Walk in service will be provided Monday-Friday from 9:30am-3:30pm at our Medical Parkway location in Austin.  Evaluations will also take place on select days at our outreach locations listed below.

To aid us in completing your patient's evaluation in a timely manner, we have two mechanisms for access to our system:

• Download the Outpatient Referral/Order form and fax the completed document to our office at 512-374-1354.  We can contact the patient directly; or
• Send your patient and legal guardian directly to our office and notify us by telephone that you have done so.  Please remind your patient that there may be a wait; however, we intend to accommodate all patients on the same day or make arrangements that are mutually acceptable.
